Recently qualified as a Certified Financial Planner CFP® and with 30+ years in the Financial Services sector having originally qualified as an Accountant, Jim has been advising clients on their financial affairs with emphasis predominantly in the field of Retirement Planning and Investment advice.
As a CFP®, his role doesn’t just involve planning and implementing financial strategies for our customers; it also involves effective communication and translation of sometimes complex solutions to people who just want to ensure their personal and family’s financial security. Providing informed and impartial advice at all times is key to what Wallace Financial wants to deliver to its customers on an ongoing basis.
His experience to date gives him a great advantage when assessing your personal goals and delivering financial targets and strategies for both our Corporate and Individual customers as well as developing tailored Financial & Retirement Solutions to Individuals, Self-employed, Partnerships and Corporate Directors.
To ensure that he is in the correct position to offer the best in service and knowledge to all customers, Jim has also completed the specially designed Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA) designation and the Pension Trustee Practitioner (PTP) designation through the LIA, Life Insurance Association of Ireland. The PTP designation has equipped him to be in a position to gain and demonstrate the necessary knowledge, competence and skills to understand and manage a pension scheme in accordance with scheme rules, general trust law and relevant provisions of the Pensions Act and associated regulations.
